Due to the nature of the service, SpringVid will only provide refunds when the video marketing campaign has not started. SpringVid, however, will cancel client subscription for the next months of an ongoing campaign to prevent rebilling.

SpringVid is not responsible for false or misguided information that may link to its website regarding the refund policy. SpringVid holds no control over independent reviews or web content outside its own website www.springvid.com. SpringVid also has no liability to banned accounts of its clients, unless proven the cause of such damage (suspension or banning).
